Group of Men Attacks 3 Leaving Party
Three men were attacked with knives and broken bottles by 10 to 15 suspected gang members outside a party on East Channel Islands Boulevard this weekend, police said Sunday.
The victims, all Oxnard men, ages 24, 25 and 32, told police they were leaving a party in the 900 block of East Channels Islands Boulevard at about 1 a.m. Saturday when they were accosted by a group of men authorities believe could be Southside gang members, said Oxnard Police Officer Marc Amon.
All three victims suffered multiple head lacerations, and they were taken to St. John’s Regional Medical Center where they were treated and released.
No arrests had been made in the case as of late Sunday.
