* What’s going on in the minds of your fellow elevator passengers? According to Entrepreneur magazine, they’re likely to be scoping you out. The magazine quotes a survey by Schindler Elevator Corp., which learned that more than half of elevator riders admit that they’re quietly looking over the other people while standing there. The survey found riders tend to be less concerned about waiting for the next car than might be expected. Only 17% said they’ll stick a briefcase or other object between closing doors so they won’t miss a car. And only 12% plead with those inside the elevator to hold the door for them.
