Shoe Store Is Named Business of the Year

Jack’s Shoes, a fixture in Simi Valley for more than 20 years, was named business of the year by the Simi Valley Chamber of Commerce.

Jack Spotts, owner of Jack’s Shoes in Simi Valley and Westlake Village and a chamber member for 24 years, will receive the award at the chamber’s banquet gala March 27.

The annual award is bestowed on businesses that are involved in their communities and have made strides to improve the quality of life in Simi Valley.

Recently, Jack’s Shoes was the driving force behind the Affair of the Valley Fair which collected food, money and clothing to benefit Care and Share.
