Premier Laser Warrants Exercised at $6.50

Premier Laser Systems Inc. said more than 95% of its 2 million Class A warrants outstanding were exercised at $6.50 a warrant.

The company said all Class A warrants not exercised were redeemed for 5 cents each.

Premier Laser’s stock rose 19 cents a share Tuesday to close at $7.88. The company develops and makes medical lasers, fiber optic delivery systems and corneal topography systems.
