Buzak Blanks Dragons Again

SAN ANTONIO —
Long Beach goaltender Mike Buzak earned his second shutout of the season--both against San Antonio--as the Ice Dogs edged the Dragons, 1-0, Tuesday night in an International Hockey League game.
Long Beach has a nine-game unbeaten streak (7-0-2) and moved within two points of the Southwest Division-leading Houston Aeros.
Buzak earned his sixth win of the season and has a league-low 1.64 goals-against average.
Dan Lambert scored for the Ice Dogs (25-13-6) on a power play at 7:27 of the first period.
