Woodbridge 2, Irvine 1--Jessica Pagano scored two minutes into the game for Woodbridge and Lauren Schick added the second goal three minutes later. Amy Anderson scored in the final minute of the first half for Irvine (4-7-3, 0-2-1). Sandra Martinez had three saves for the Warriors (8-4-2, 2-0-1).

Foothill 2, No. 8 Canyon 1--Foothill’s Kristi Brittingham’s goal broke a 0-0 tie 10 minutes into the second half. Natasha El-Jurdi scored 10 minutes later for the Knights (6-5-3, 2-1). Rachelle Locke scored in the 70th minute for Canyon (11-6, 2-1).

In the Empire League:

El Dorado 1, Kennedy 0 (OT)--Karly Reish scored the game-winning goal in the 85th minute for El Dorado. Goalkeeper Jenni Branam had one of her three saves in overtime for the Golden Hawks (8-3-2, 3-0).

In the Freeway League:

Sonora 2, Sunny Hills 0--Sarah Gibson scored two goals, her seventh in three games, to lead Sonora (9-2-5, 2-0-1). Goalkeeper Erin deWolf had two saves in her second consecutive shutout. Sunny Hills is 8-8-1, 2-1.

In the Golden West League:

Santa Ana 3, Ocean View 1--Maria Moreira gave Santa Ana 1-0 lead 25 minutes into the first half. Moreira scored again in the 60th minute to make the score, 2-0. Gabby Lagunas capped the scoring for the Saints (12-2-1, 3-1) with one minute remaining in the game. Natasha Souders scored for Ocean View in the 70th minute.

In the South Coast League:

No. 3 Mission Viejo 4, San Clemente 3--Kate Desmond scored three consecutive goals in the second half to give Mission Viejo (12-3-1, 3-0) a 4-1 lead. Alison Halpern led San Clemente (8-6-2, 2-1) with two goals.

In the Sunset League:

No. 2 Edison 3, Fountain Valley 1--Yvonne Pierson and Kim Stempkowski scored for Edison in the first half, and Heidi Prestegard added one in the second, with Lee Ann Morton assisting on all three. Fountain Valley is 7-6-3, 1-1-1.

Huntington Beach 2, No. 5 Esperanza 1--Esperanza’s Kim Domen scored five minutes into the second half to tie the score, 1-1, but Kathy Shea’s goal two minutes later gave Huntington Beach the lead. Katie Wilson scored in the first half for the Oilers (6-6-3, 1-1-1). Esperanza is 9-4-2, 0-3.
