List, 32, Dies in Honolulu

Paul List, a former North Hollywood High baseball player who spent 10 years in the minor leagues, died Tuesday in a Honolulu hospital of complications from Hodgkin’s disease. He was 32.

List lived in North Hollywood but decided to travel to Hawaii this month to participate in a University of Hawaii alumni baseball game. He became ill with pneumonia.

List graduated from North Hollywood in 1984, played at Hawaii from 1985-86 and in the minors. He is survived by his mother, father and brother. Funeral arrangements are pending.
