EMB Corp. Increases Assets

EMB Corp., a computer-based home loan originator, has bought the assets of a Mississippi company’s Dallas office for an undisclosed sum.

EMB, which operates through EMB Mortgage Corp., said the former office of Deposit Guaranty Mortgage Services should fund $250 million worth of loans this year.
