Sheryl Swoopes scored 20 points as the defending WNBA champion Houston Comets beat the Charlotte Sting, 68-57, before 13,014 on Saturday night at Charlotte, N.C., to extend their winning streak to 13 games.
Swoopes scored 12 points in the first half as the Comets raced to a 38-22 lead.
Cleveland 69, Utah 59--Isabelle Fijalkowski had 24 points and eight rebounds as the Rockers beat the Starzz before 9,960 at Cleveland.
