MTI Technology Corp.: The Anaheim maker of computer storage systems and data management software reported net income of $4 million, or 14 cents a share, for the first fiscal quarter, a gain of 32% from the $3.1 million, or 11 cents a share, for the same quarter of the previous year. Revenue for the quarter ended July 3 rose 13% to $49.4 million from $43.8 million.
