Nigerian defender Taribo West has walked off with the prize for what is undoubtedly the hairdo of the World Cup.

West, a teammate of Ronaldo’s at Inter Milan in Italy, came out for the match Saturday against Spain in Nantes with--wait for it--bright green dreadlocks.

And they weren’t even hanging down in traditional fashion, but sort of sprouting from the top of his head. He looked like the closest thing to a bunch of carrot tops this side of Ralphs.
