Ingram Micro Europe Names New Leaders

Philip D. Ellett has been named executive vice president and president of Ingram Micro Europe, part of Santa Ana-based Ingram Micro Inc. He had been senior vice president and president. Ellett joined the company in 1996 as senior vice president and general manager of Ingram Micro’s Consumer Markets division. In addition, Robert D. Grambo has been appointed senior vice president and chief operating officer of Ingram Micro Europe. He had been senior vice president, telesales. Douglas R. Antone has been appointed executive vice president and president of Frameworks, Total Integration Services. He had been senior vice president, marketing U.S. and president, Ingram Alliance.

Rick Ruskin has been named senior vice president of U.S. sales for MTI Technology Corp. in Anaheim. Ruskin joined the company in 1990 and established its East Coast regional sales operations. He has held several senior executive positions at MTI, including regional vice president of East Coast sales and vice president of business development, specializing in corporate partnerships and strategic business relationships.

Eugene Belanger will manage the new OEM Sales division of Irvine-based New Dimension Software Ltd. Belanger, now vice president of OEM sales, had been regional vice president for the Canadian and Midwest regions. Tom Trogdon has been named vice president of sales for the company, with responsibility for all sales regions across the U.S. and Canada. He was formerly regional vice president of the Eastern and federal regions.

John Piccininni has been appointed vice president of sales for Hirsch Electronics Corp. in Irvine. He joined the firm in 1992 and was named director of sales in 1995.

Josh Luke has joined the public relations firm of Hill & Knowlton in Irvine as an account supervisor in the sports marketing group. Luke was formerly an associate with Burson-Marsteller in Los Angeles.

Jeffrey A. Feltch has been named general manager for Display Works, a trade show exhibit display house in Irvine. He had been the controller for the last two years.

John D. Jones has been appointed to the state Board of Pharmacy by Gov. Pete Wilson. Jones is director of pharmacy networks and legal affairs for Prescription Solutions, a wholly owned subsidiary of Santa Ana-based PacifiCare Health Systems Inc.

Mark Smith has been named vice president at Cushman Realty Corp., a real estate brokerage firm. He will operate out of the Los Angeles and Newport Beach offices. Smith is director of the construction services group.

Jim Gordon has joined Flex-Foot Inc. in Aliso Viejo as senior R&D; engineer. He was formerly manager of composite manufacturing at GT Bicycles Inc. in Santa Ana.

Marvin L. Salsbury has been named to the newly created position of vice president, procurement for ARV Assisted Living Inc. in Costa Mesa. Salsbury was previously chief purchasing and distribution officer for Dallas-based Clubcorp, operator of 250 city clubs, country clubs and resorts. In addition, Laura J. Loda was appointed vice president, human resources. She had been with Tricon Global Restaurants, the former PepsiCo subsidiary that operates KFC, Pizza Hut and Taco Bell outlets. She joined Taco Bell in Irvine in 1996 and most recently served as director of corporate human resources.

Donald C. Fraser has joined Gordon & Williams, a Laguna Hills general contracting firm, where he will lead the tenant improvement division. He has previously worked for the Koll Co., Snyder Langston Builders and Inner Space Constructors.

Russ Johnson has joined Daum Commercial Real Estate Services as senior vice president and branch manager for the offices in Newport Beach and Anaheim. He will also serve as training director for all the company’s offices. Johnson was formerly senior vice president and district manager for Grubb & Ellis in Anaheim.

William D. Nicholas has joined Crossroads Capital Partners L.L.C. in Newport Beach as director of the firm’s information technology projects. Nicholas founded Integrated Consulting Solutions Inc. in 1994. Crossroads assists underperforming companies with both management and capital investment.

Tom Kiely has been appointed director of travel industry marketing and sales for the Disneyland Resort in Anaheim. He was formerly director of sales for Universal Studios Hollywood. Kiely originally joined the Disneyland Resort in 1988 as a senior marketing representative for the travel industry.

J.P. Bolduc, James R. Bolduc, Edgar L. Brown Jr. and James Unruh have joined the board of directors of Moss Micro Inc. in Irvine, a sales force automation software company. J.P. Bolduc is chairman and chief executive of JPB Enterprises Inc., a private investment holding company in Columbia, Md., and the former president and chief executive of W.R. Grace & Co. James Bolduc is a vice president of JPB Enterprises Inc. Brown is the former chairman of Bell Atlantic International and Unruh is the former chairman and chief executive of Unisys Corp.
