Public’s Help Sought in Finding 4 Fugitives

Investigators with the Ventura County Sheriff’s Department are asking for help finding four men wanted on outstanding felony warrants.

Investigators are searching for Ova Evel Calhoon Jr., 18, for failing to appear in court to face drug charges.

Calhoon is described as 5 feet, 11 inches and 200 pounds with brown hair and hazel eyes. He also has a scar on his right forearm.

Charles David Fowler, 32, is wanted on an outstanding warrant for drug-possession charges. Fowler, who is homeless, is described as 5 feet 8 and 185 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes.

An arrest warrant was issued for Manuel Torres Hernandez, 25, after he failed to appear in court on charges that he caused an accident while driving under the influence.

Hernandez is described as 5 feet 7 with brown eyes and black hair. He once worked in Simi Valley at the Bugle Boy factory; his last known address was in the 2400 block of Royal Avenue in Simi Valley.

Lorenzo Rojas, 23, is wanted for allegedly causing a hit-and-run accident while under the influence of alcohol.

Rojas is described as 5 feet 7 and 170 pounds with brown eyes and black hair. His last known address was on the 100 block of South E Street in Oxnard.
