Two reds and a Whole Lot of Green

red Shift: The red restaurants jointly owned by David Forrest Reiss and Michael Gans have been split up like property in a divorce. Reiss keeps red Hollywood, Gans gets red Santa Monica. Gans' chef will be Mary Cleary; Reiss has hired Chris Bocchino as chef consultant. Meanwhile, red Santa Monica is going south-of-the-border ("A better idea for Santa Monica," says Gans) and even ditching its lowercase name. When it reopens in early April, it will be La Sirena.
