SMALL FACES: With the Celine Dion / “Titanic” mega-smash “My Heart Will Go On” already spawning several European dance versions and at least two saxophone instrumentals (including one coming from Kenny G), an “official” set of dance remixes of the original is coming soon, but just for radio and club release. Remixers include Tony Moran and Soul Solution. . . .

Fugees member Wyclef Jean’s sister Melky and brother Sedeck have signed with MCA Records and have just finished a debut album, “Da Joint,” under the name, um, Melky Sedeck. Melky does most of the singing and Sedeck, a multi-instrumentalist like his brother, is providing most of the music. A single is due in July with the album expected in August. . . .

Watch for a guest appearance by Michelle Shocked on ABC-TV’s “Dharma & Greg” on May 6. Shocked, who has regained ownership of her recorded catalog and is looking at offers from labels, plays--now follow this--the neighbor of the best friend of Dharma (Jenna Elfman), and performs one song from her new, limited-edition album, “Good News.” . . .

Garbage, which has turned down a Lollapalooza slot, got the blessing of Brian Wilson to use his Beach Boys line “don’t worry baby” in a background line sung by Shirley Manson in the band’s new song “Push It.” Wilson reportedly not only gave clearance for the use on the upcoming Garbage album “Version 2.0,” due May 12, but asked to keep the cassette of the song. . . .

Aaron Hall is finishing his first album in five years, with guest performers including Faith Evans, Mary J. Blige, Luther “Luke” Campbell and rapper Big Pun. Titled “Inside of You,” it’s due June 2. . . . Regina Belle is also readying a new album, “Believe in Me,” due June 9. . . .

Bluesman Buddy Guy has been joined by teen guitarist Jonny Lang, Booker T. Jones and Steve Cropper, Reese Wynans from Stevie Ray Vaughan’s Double Trouble and Little Feat drummer Richie Hayward on a new album, “Heavy Love,” due in June. Among the songs is a version of ZZ Top’s “Need You Tonight.”
