Man Found Stabbed in Elks Lodge Is Identified
A man found stabbed to death in the Elks Lodge in the 8100 block of Alondra Boulevard where a wedding reception was being held has been identified, authorities said Thursday.
Javier Perez Lopez Jr., 18, of Paramount was covered in blood and lying in the bathroom when he was discovered early Sunday by wedding guests, officials said. Investigators determined he was not a wedding guest. Lopez was taken to St. Francis Medical Center in Lynwood, where he died a short time later. No motive has been established for the slaying.
