State Recognizes Hillview as Model Continuation School
Hillview High School has been named a California Model Continuation School, one of 12 statewide and the only one in Orange County to receive the honor this year.
The annual selection is made by the California Department of Education.
“This is a validation,” said Principal Al Marzilli. “Hillview has been very successful in offering students an alternative educational setting.”
Hillview, which has 165 students in grades 9 through 12, was evaluated in categories including quality of programs, school leadership, teaching, student environment, technology and community support.
