Myers Buys Space Applications

Steven Myers & Associates said Monday it agreed to acquire Space Applications Corp., a Vienna, Va., technical services provider, in a $14.7-million stock swap.
Newport Beach-based Steven Myers, which provides a variety of management services, said it expects Space Applications to report about $30 million in revenues for the fiscal year ending June 26. Myers said it expects the acquisition to close by May 29.
