SACRAMENTO--Catch more than 100 musical acts in two days at the Heritage Festival Saturday and Sunday, May 31. CLAREMONT--Time to tune up the old banjo for the Claremont Spring Folk Festival, Saturday and Sunday, May 31. Besides Celtic, blues, bluegrass and klezmer bands, there will be fiddle and dulcimer lessons, storytelling, puppet shows and more. 11 a.m.-5 p.m. Saturday, with a 7:30 p.m. concert featuring the Witcher Brothers and Lois Hornbostel in Taylor Hall, 1775 N.
