Doctor Given 6-Month Term for Tax Fraud
A La Puente physician was sentenced by a federal judge Monday to six months in prison for income tax evasion.
Dr. Robert Tzeng, 46, was also ordered to pay the Internal Revenue Services back taxes and penalties on more than $700,000 in unreported income between 1990 and 1993.
Tzeng specialized in personal injury cases, a government attorney said.
