First American Names Personal Trust Exec
* Tana L. Meier has been appointed vice president of personal trust administration for First American Trust Co. in Newport Beach. She was vice president and manager of Wells Fargo Bank’s trust office in Vancouver, Wash., and a senior administrator in the Portland office.
* Scott Russell has joined the board of directors of Buycomp.com, an Aliso Viejo-based Internet computer retail store. He is a general partner at Softbank Technology Ventures.
* Lily Lew-Woodin has been named vice president and chief financial officer of Rancho Santa Margarita Escrow II. Lew-Woodin, who joined the company in 1993, had been production manager.
* Pat Howard has joined Commonwealth Energy Corp. in Tustin as data processing manager. Her prior experience includes data center supervisor with the city of Long Beach and data processing supervisor at Cal State Fullerton.
* Douglas W. House is the new director of dental products for Premier Laser Systems Inc. in Irvine. House was previously vice president of marketing at Denver-based Cochlear Corp., a medical device company. In addition, Philippe Jamgotchian has been named director of international marketing, based in Paris. Jamgotchian most recently directed French business units for Sulzer Vascutek and Coherent Medical.
* Tim Templeton has joined ACS Systems Inc. in Santa Ana, a subsidiary of Fidelity National Financial, as channel marketing manager. He was most recently a regional manager for MCI’s prepaid card division.
* Ron Berger has been named general manager of TTI Home Team in Orange. He had served as director of operations for the Western division of TTI, a construction staffing company. In addition, Mark Fivars was appointed director of sales for California. He will help direct the company’s expansion efforts.
* Esther Delurgio has been named senior vice president and chief information officer of BAX Global Inc. in Irvine. For the past two years she was vice president, information systems and chief information officer for the Automobile Club of Southern California. Before that, Delurgio spent 10 years as vice president, information systems for Mitsubishi Motor Sales of America. Also, Stephen T. D. Dixon has joined the company as vice president, planning and development. Dixon was most recently vice president of revenue management at Ryder TRS Inc., a subsidiary of Budget Group Inc.
* Erin Seabold has joined Financial Institutional Partners Mortgage Co. LP in Irvine as managing director, responsible for marketing and sales administration. She was formerly assistant vice president of sales and marketing for the commercial real estate group at Washington Mutual Inc.
* Ronald Posner and John Moy have joined the board of Select Software Tools in Irvine. Posner has directed and executed buildups, turnarounds and acquisitions for a number of high-technology companies, including CyberMedia, WordStar, Peter Norton Computing, Ansa Software and Ashton-Tate. Moy, formerly finance director for Motorola’s Communications division in Northern Europe, currently serves as chairman, finance director and investor in a variety of small and medium sized high-tech companies.
* Janice Head has been named vice president and area manager for Kaiser Permanente California’s Orange County service area. She succeeds Gerald McCall, who is now senior vice president with the Kaiser Permanente Inland Empire service area in Riverside and Fontana. Head was most recently acting area manager for the Golden Gate service area in San Francisco.
