WESTMINSTER
The City Council will decide today whether to continue the state of emergency declared after a 5-million-gallon water tank on Hefley Street ruptured Sept. 21, causing significant property damage.
Also on the study session’s agenda is the Little Saigon master plan, including discussions of traffic issues. The meeting starts at 3 p.m. with a closed session at the council chambers, 8200 Westminster Blvd. Information: (714) 898-3311.
