VENTURA COUNTY PEOPLE
Lyn MacConnaire of Ventura has been elected president of Alumni and Friends of the Ventura County Leadership Academy for 1998-99. Other elected officers are Sharon Dwyer of Ventura, vice president; Suzanne Kitchens of Camarillo, secretary; and Harry Lee of Camarillo, treasurer.
Sponsored by the United Way of Ventura County, the group originally was called the VCLA Alumni Assn.
* Dan Gremaud has joined Lyon Staffing & Training Services in Ventura as a safety manager. He will be responsible for implementing safety programs, job site safety inspections and safety training for employees and vendors.
Gremaud is a certified Hazardous Waste Operations and Emergency Response outreach instructor, and a 3-M certified respirator trainer.
