SANTA ANA
In an effort to provide more comprehensive literacy services, officials from the Orange County and Santa Ana public libraries reopened a literacy center that had been closed for lack of funding. The center is at 122 N. Newhope St., and includes computers, offices for tutoring and telephones. Orange County’s literacy program, READ/Orange County, will provide tutor training, student and administrative assessments, and on-site staff three days a week. Information: (714) 554-3455.
