Cal Lutheran to Offer Classes at Ventura Site

Cal Lutheran University has leased 7,400 square feet of space in the Center Promenade, 1001 Partridge St., Ventura.
The university will offer classes from that location.
Capital Commercial / NAI represented both Cal Lutheran and the Center Promenade’s owner, Arden Realty Inc., in the long-term lease transaction. The lease amount was not disclosed.
