Whittier Christian High School is planning an open house from 7 to 9:15 p.m. Thursday. The high school, which has 487 students, is celebrating its 40th anniversary. Admissions applications will be available for the 1999-2000 school year. The school is at 2300 W. Worth Ave. Information: (562) 694-3803.
