IRVINE
The Police Department awarded volunteer of the year awards to Jack Frost and Eila Moore at the sixth annual “Volunteers in Policing” recognition lunch earlier this month. The duo donated more than 945 hours to the department, which equals about $13,200 in savings to the city.
