SAN CLEMENTE
The City Council Wednesday approved increasing salaries for some of its members, from $217.50 to $400 a month. The change will go into effect in 30 days and will apply to the three recently elected council members and future council members.
The council recently agreed to give the city manager a 3% pay raise, from $9,108 to $9,381 per month. The change was made retroactive to July 1.
