More than six dozen children whose families could not afford regular dental care for them got some work done on their teeth free as part of the Irvine Spectrum Rotary Club’s annual Rotary Smiles Dental Clinic. Local dentist Charles P. Tozzer, with the Rotary, provided $17,300 worth of services, including 74 sets of X-rays, 53 fillings, seven extractions and 133 sealants. Many of the children had never been to a dentist.
