The City Council tonight will resume a public hearing on the Lincoln Avenue Specific Plan, which would rezone the 3.5-mile Lincoln Avenue into small sections of residential, commercial and light industrial areas. Concerns raised by two business owners at the Nov. 9 meeting prompted the council to delay a decision. The meeting begins at 7 p.m. in the council chambers, City Hall, 5275 Orange Ave. For information, call (714) 229-6780.
