In an attempt to reduce alcohol, tobacco and other drug-related problems in the city, a community service program called Project Path has begun. According to city officials, the San Clemente Alcohol Tobacco and Other Drug Prevention Coalition will make available educational presentations, training and materials. Information: (949) 250-0488.
