The Maternal Outreach Management System Resource Center will hold its annual volunteer recognition dinner at 5:30 p.m. Dec. 3 at Society Hall, 117 W. 4th St. The event is held to recognize volunteers who give their time by helping new mothers, making baby blankets and providing child care and administrative assistance at the center.
