The deadline for entries for the city’s Holiday Lights Decorating Contest is Dec. 4. Entries will be judged on originality, color, lighting, display and curb appeal. Homes must be available for public viewing from Dec. 14 to Jan. 1. Winners will receive gift certificates to Home Base and the grand-prize winner will receive $150 toward their December electric bill. Information: (949) 362-4350.
