* Gilbert Street and Lincoln Avenue: A report of reckless driving at 12:16 p.m. Nov. 23.

BREA

* East Imperial Highway/Valencia Avenue: A car on East Imperial Highway was reported rear-ended at 9:42 a.m. Nov. 23. No one was injured.

BUENA PARK

* Monroe Avenue: A German shepherd bit two pedestrians about 9:35 a.m. Nov. 20 in the 7400 block. The two victims declined medical aid.

* La Palma Avenue: A shop owner reported at 1:42 p.m. Nov. 22 that skateboarders were blocking the entry to his business in the 7800 block.

COSTA MESA

* Baker Street: Police stopped a suspected drunk driver at the Baker Street offramp from the Costa Mesa Freeway about 12:15 a.m. Nov. 23.

* Placentia Avenue: Police responded to a reported break-in at a business in the 2300 block about 8 a.m. Nov. 23.

* Walker Street: A petty theft was reported at 5:15 a.m. Nov. 23 in the 9900 block.

* Pacific Coast Highway: Report of a robbery alarm at 9:36 a.m. Tuesday in the 34000 block.

* Camino Capistrano: Report of a robbery alarm at 5:57 p.m. Tuesday in the 34000 block.

FOUNTAIN VALLEY

* Santa Adela Circle: The tires on two vehicles were slashed in the 18100 block, it was reported at 1:06 p.m. Nov. 22.

FULLERTON

* Deerpark Drive: A stereo was stolen from a Honda Accord in an auto burglary reported at 7:41 a.m. Nov. 23 in the 1900 block.

GARDEN GROVE

* Bayport Street and Chapman Avenue: Police are asking if anyone saw Gilbert Garcia, 32, of Garden Grove the night of May 29-30. He had been in a fight and police took him to a hospital, where he slipped into a coma and died. That night he was last seen by family and friends at Bayport Street and Chapman Avenue about 1:30 a.m. Anyone with information is asked to call (714) 741-5837.

* Pacific Coast Highway and Warner Avenue: Report of an abandoned vehicle in an unincorporated area at 9:40 p.m. Nov. 20.

IRVINE

* West Yale Loop: A locked bicycle was reportedly stolen in the 600 block before 5:02 p.m. Nov. 23.

* Silent Night: About $1,200 in china was stolen, it was reported at 6:12 p.m. Nov. 23.

LAGUNA BEACH

* Coast Highway: An injured sea gull at the base of the Aliso Pier was reported about 12:40 p.m. Nov. 23.

* Coast Highway: A caller reported finding a dead ferret in the parking lot of a grocery store in the 30000 block about 2:10 p.m. Nov. 23.

* Laguna Hills Mall: Report of an audible robbery alarm at 9:52 p.m. Tuesday in the 24000 block.

* Seafare: Report of reckless driving at 5:55 p.m. Tuesday in the 100 block.

* East Rosecrest Avenue: A prowler was reported at 12:29 a.m. Nov. 23 in the 300 block.

* Bransford Drive: Police were unable to find a reported reckless driver in the 5100 block about 9:50 p.m. Nov. 23.

* La Palma Avenue/Louise Lane: A person found lying on the sidewalk was taken to the hospital about 5:40 p.m. Nov. 22.

LOS ALAMITOS

* Thor Avenue: A man returned home after an errand about 4 p.m. Tuesday to find three of his doors forced open and several thousand dollars’ worth of jewelry stolen.

MISSION VIEJO

* Crown Valley Parkway: Report of a traffic collision, no injuries, at 5:11 p.m. Tuesday in the 27000 block.

NEWPORT BEACH

* Eastbluff Drive: Vandals broke into Corona del Mar High School sometime before 6:20 a.m. Nov. 23 and poured nitric acid on the carpet in one room and on the student council office door. They also sprayed fire extinguishers in three science classrooms and wrote an expletive on one chalkboard.

* Seal Beach Boulevard: A man in a pickup reportedly approached a boy near Bradbury Road and asked him to get into his vehicle to give him directions to Rossmoor Park about 11 a.m. Nov. 22. The boy gave directions but did not go inside the vehicle.

* Orangewood Avenue and Santa Rosalia Street: Report of an abandoned vehicle at 11:49 p.m. Tuesday.

TUSTIN

* Newport Avenue: A man at a store was robbed of his wallet and $800 in the 14700 block about 5:17 p.m. Nov. 23.

VILLA PARK

* Villa Park Road and Morrow Circle: A report of reckless driving at 9:08 p.m. Nov. 21.

WESTMINSTER

* 23rd Street: Tire marks were left on the lawn and driveway of a home in the 7800 block sometime before 7:09 p.m. Tuesday.
