Bridge Work to Close Portions of Freeway

Portions of the Ventura Freeway in Oxnard will be closed part of this week as construction continues on the Rose Avenue bridge.
City officials said southbound lanes at Rose Avenue will be closed from 11 p.m. Monday to 5 a.m. Tuesday, and a detour around the construction will be provided.
Also, northbound lanes between Vineyard and Rice avenues will be closed from 11 p.m. Tuesday to 5 a.m. Wednesday.
