Lewinsky Set to Leave Hotel After Apology
Monica S. Lewinsky is moving out of her Watergate residence and apologizing to neighbors for any trouble her newfound media attention may have caused them.
Lewinsky sent fellow residents of the Watergate South a printed note informing them of her departure, the Washington Post reported Wednesday.
“As I depart 700 New Hampshire, I wanted to apologize for the inconveniences of the past nine months,” she wrote. “I hope you all know how very sorry I am. . . . “
Her spokeswoman, Judy Smith, would not say where Lewinsky is moving.
