Palmdale 23, Antelope Valley 14--Anthony Valentino provided the winning points when he kicked a 40-yard field goal with 8:13 to play, giving the Falcons (5-3, 2-1) a 16-7 lead at Palmdale.

Antelope Valley (2-5-1, 1-2) cut the deficit to 16-14 with 1:17 to play when Bruce Molock ran four yards for his second touchdown. Molock, who gained 120 yards in the first half and finished with 171 yards in 29 carries, opened the scoring with an 18-yard touchdown run three minutes into the game.

Jonathan Thompson secured the game for Palmdale when he returned an onside kick 51 yards for a touchdown with 1:09 to play. Marquis Murray tied the game, 7-7, on a 10-yard touchdown reception from Thompson with 5:36 remaining in the first half. Murray finished with 105 yards in 22 carries.

Anthony Diggs blocked a punt and returned it 55 yards for a touchdown, giving Palmdale a 13-7 lead late in the third quarter.
