Lawrence Lozzano is still sidelined because of a right hamstring strain, and Paul Caligiuri is day to day because of a strained groin. The Fusion defeated the Galaxy, 3-2, in a shootout July 18 in Pasadena. Miami, fourth in the Eastern Conference, is battling the Tampa Bay Mutiny for the final playoff berth from the conference. It leads the Mutiny by four points with five games remaining.
