WHAT ARE YOU DRINKING?

"I just returned from Croatia, where I spent several relaxing weeks. I'd sit on the balcony of our little winery, 'Grgich Vina,' overlooking the crystal-clear turquoise-blue Adriatic, sipping a dry Croatian wine called posip, which tastes like the air and the sea and the land--dry, crisp, floral, with the tanginess of sage and pine and bay leaf, which grow right up to the shore.
