Authorities Seek Help in Locating Fugitives

The Ventura County Sheriff’s Department is asking the public’s help in locating four fugitives.

Oscar Edward Castillo, also known as Carlos Lopez and Oscar DeLeon, was arrested on suspicion of burglary and theft. He also failed to appear for court after being released from jail. A relative told deputies that Castillo was deported to Mexico about a year ago.

His last known address was 923 3rd St., Fillmore. Castillo, 30, is Latino, 4-feet-11, 150 pounds and has black hair and brown eyes. He has a butterfly tattooed on his left hand.

Florenico Limon Rubalcaba, 32, is wanted in the sale and transportation of drugs and allegedly violating the terms of his probation for a conviction on being under the influence of drugs.

His last known address was 851 Edison Way, Fillmore, and he last worked at La Simpatica Ranch in Fillmore. Rubalcaba is Latino, 5-feet-5, 170 pounds and has black hair and brown eyes.

Juan Gonzalez Rodriguez, 32, is wanted on suspicion of possession of drugs. His last known address was 735 5th St., Apartment C, Fillmore.

Rodriguez is Latino, 5-feet-10, 160 pounds and has black hair and brown eyes. He has a heart and wings tattooed on his right arm.

Julio M. Mayuga, 41, was arrested and jailed on suspicion of burglary, theft and possession of drugs. He posted bail and failed to appear for court. A bail bond company believes he may have fled to the Philippines.

Mayuga is Filipino, 5-feet-8, 180 pounds and has black hair and brown eyes. His last known address was 3319 N. Viewpoint Drive, Westlake Village.
