L.A. Charter Reform Panel to Hold Meeting
The Elected Los Angeles Charter Reform Commission meets today to discuss issues concerning proprietary departments, public works and the city’s elections and recalls process.
In addition, the commission will discuss local service delivery questions, such as whether it should devote more money to its local library or its local park.
There will be a period for public comment. The meeting begins at 9 a.m. with both morning and afternoon sessions. It will be at the Department of Water and Power Building, conference center, 111 N. Hope St.
