* ADULT FEES: The council will consider fees for adult businesses to cover costs of a new identification-card program and other regulations.

The council recently approved regulations for adult businesses, including requiring that entertainers and managers at these businesses obtain an identification card. The council also set procedures for the transfer of an adult club.

The city attorney’s office is proposing a $10 fee for processing identification-card applications and $250 for processing a business-permit transfer.
