Politics as Usual
Cal State Northridge students have never shied away from expressing opinions. Protests have shaken the campus many times over the years, and visiting politicians and activists-- whether welcomes or decried-- have often been met by crowds in the thousands. More than once the university has found itself at the heart of controversy, violence and debate.
