Shaw Named to Head Up Xtranet

Xtranet Systems Inc. said it named Bill Shaw chairman and chief executive.
Shaw previously was chairman of the Electronics Department at Pierce College in Los Angeles and managing director of DataBank International.
The Santa Ana company also said Charles Anderson resigned as president and a director to become chairman and chief executive of Realtyonline.Net.
Xtranet creates, develops and produces online Internet-based extranet systems and service applications.
