Pacific Gulf Sells Multi-Family Property

Pacific Gulf Properties Inc. said it has sold Lora Lake Apartments, a 234-unit property in Burien, Wash., to the Port of Seattle. Terms weren’t disclosed.
Pacific, a Newport Beach-based real estate investment trust, said the sale is the first of several planned in its multifamily rental portfolio as it concentrates on its growing portfolio of industrial business parks.
