New home was worth the wait
Buying just the right new home required patience from the Dunns.
Gary, 53, and Sandra, 51, already lived in the area they liked in Huntington Beach. But their newly built house on a golf course fits their lifestyle better.
The couple had been looking for the past year or so when they settled on a new development. They waited for the fifth phase of new houses to be built, living in an apartment for five months.
“I just love it because it’s new,” Sandra says.
Says Gary: “It was definitely worth the wait.”
