Bad Passengers

I got a kick out of your “News, Tips & Bargains” blurb on Aug. 30 about British Airways handing out “yellow cards” to disruptive passengers, implying that hooligan-like passengers will understand the unacceptability of their behavior only if it’s put in soccer terms.
My friend suggests that hockey could also contribute something to airline passengers’ comfort and safety. Disruptive passengers could be seated in a section designated “the penalty box,” where they would be served no food or beverages.
