A speech by former President George Bush and a charity luncheon Tuesday will benefit the Marconi Foundation for Kids and Covenant House California. Bush will replace his wife, Barbara, at the event; she was slated to discuss “Family, Faith and Friends.” She had to cancel because of back surgery.
