LAGUNA WOODS
Preregistration is underway for the annual Leisure World Senior 5K, which has joined forces this year with the inaugural Flo-Jo Memorial Half Marathon. Both races will take place in and around Laguna Woods on May 31. The events are open to the public, but Laguna Woods residents will have their own separate start time.
Proceeds will benefit the Saddleback Memorial Medical Center and the Flo-Jo Memorial Community Empowerment Foundation. Entry fees vary for the events. Information and to preregister: Saddleback Memorial Foundation, (949) 452-7232.
