The seventh annual Invitational Handbell Festival will be held at Concordia University’s Music Department at 4:30 p.m. Saturday. Hand-bell groups from Point Loma Nazarene University, Christ Lutheran School of Phoenix, Mater Dei High School and Trinity Presbyterian Church of Santa Ana will perform.
